Returning/exchanging items

You can return your order, in its original packaging, within 14 days.

Please note: Sale above 40% we do not take returns.
Please note: Shipping costs (a 3.50) are non-refundable

Step 1: Register your return package at: https://www.retourneren.nl/madampeach
Step 2: Take the return package to a point of the postal company of your choice (If you choose a voucher, the return costs are completely free!).
Step 3: We recommend sending the package insured and keeping the receipt and Track and Trace code carefully.

The amount will be refunded within 2 - 4 business days after receipt under the name Mollie at Madam Peach.

Note: We do not take back jewelry.
Note: If you choose the voucher option, it is not redeemable for a monetary amount on your next order.

Shipping costs and delivery time

If you place an order over 75,- euro we do not charge shipping costs. For shipping items under 75,- euro we charge 4.95 euro. For orders from other countries in Europe we charge 7.50 euros.

The delivery time of your package varies by country. Madam Peach strives to deliver every order as soon as possible. Within the Netherlands we strive to deliver your order within 1 to 3 working days if ordered before 1 p.m. and no backorder. Outside The Netherlands this is within 5 working days. This depends on the country of destination.

Exchange

It is possible to exchange your item for a size larger or smaller. When exchanging an article Madam Peach will take care of the shipping costs of the article to be reshipped.

Return conditions

Please note that discounted items over 40% cannot be returned.
Please note that we do not take back jewelry due to hygiene.

  • Returns within 14 days of receipt of order
  • The item must be returned in the same conditions as we sent it (original packaging, no damage).
  • The item must be complete: have the original tags and labels.
  • The item should show no signs of use. Damaged or used items will not be credited.
  • The clothing has not been worn and/or washed.
  • The shipping risk and cost of return are the responsibility of the buyer. Madam Peach recommends that customers return an item via registered mail if necessary. Please keep the Track & Trace code of your return until it has been processed.
  • Insufficient or unstamped returns will not be accepted by us.

Complaint

Do you have a complaint about an item? Please let us know! Via info@madampeach.com you can describe your complaint. Please include the date of purchase and which item it concerns. We will process your complaint within 48 hours.
