Ordering & Delivery

How do I place an order?
The steps below show you how to order your favorite item(s).

1. Locate the desired item at www.madampeach.com.
2. On the product page, select the desired item and size.
3. Click the "add to cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart.
4. A pop-up will appear at the top right of your screen where you can click on 'view shopping cart' and 'checkout'. Then click on checkout.
5. Do you have a discount code? Then enter it under the heading 'Click here to enter your code'.
6. Fill in all your billing information and select your payment method. Then you must agree to the terms and conditions and click on 'place order'.
7. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us and we will start working on your package.

TIP: When ordering, create your account right away so you can see all your information and orders afterwards.

How do I find the right size?
Not sure what size you need? To make it easy for you to find the right size, we have posted a size chart below. This size chart is based on body measurements: chest size, waist size and hip size. That way, you can determine the right size for yourself by measuring your measurements with a tape measure.

Can I come by to try on?
Yes, you can! The opening hours of our store are:
Mon - Fri 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sat. 12.00 - 17.00 hours

Would you like to try on certain items you have seen in the webshop? Feel free to send a whatsapp to (06) 48 68 34 72. Our store stock is different from our webshop stock. We then collect the items for you from the warehouse and lay them out in the store on Mauritsstraat. You can then try these on without any obligation. We have an ATM on site. See you soon!

I just placed an order. When will it be delivered?
We strive to pack and ship your order as soon as possible. Within the Netherlands, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.

Did my order arrive correctly?
Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email to the email address you provided. When your package has been registered with the parcel service, you will receive a second e-mail containing the track & trace code. With this code you can view the status of your order and track your package until delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change or cancel it, as it is automatically processed in our system. After you receive your order, however, you can return it.

My order is incomplete or damaged. What now?
In that case we ask you to contact our customer service. You can do this by emailing your order number and a picture of the complaint to info@madampeach.com. It may happen that different items are delivered separately. We will inform you of this in good time. You can follow the package to be delivered and its delivery status via the new track & trace code that you will receive by e-mail.

My package has not been delivered. What should I do now?
Unfortunately it may happen that your package has been delayed by the carrier. If the information on the track & trace page is incorrect, please contact us. We will check this for you and, if necessary, start an investigation into your package.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order over €75,- you don't pay shipping costs. Do you place an order with a total amount below €75,- euro? Then shipping costs of €4,95 will be charged.

Return

What is the return policy?

You can return your order, in its original packaging, within 14 days.

Step 1: Register your return package at: https://www.retourneren.nl/madampeach
Step 2: Take the return package to a point of the postal company of your choice (If you choose a voucher, the return costs are completely free!).
Step 3: We recommend sending the package insured and keeping the receipt and Track and Trace code carefully.

The amount will be refunded within 2 - 4 business days after receipt under the name Mollie at Madam Peach.

Is there a warranty on my purchase?

For all items ordered on our webshop, the legal warranty applies. This means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect of it. Not satisfied with your purchase? Then you may email us about it. It is important to include your order number in this e-mail and to add a photo on which the complaint is clearly visible. You may send this to info@madampeach.com.

Payment & Discount Code

Which ways can I pay?
You can pay with iDeal, PayPal, Credit Card, Bancontact, Belfius and KBC/CBC payment button.

How do I see if I have paid?
Once the payment has been completed you will receive an order confirmation from us via email.

Can I redeem multiple discount codes in one order?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to combine multiple discount codes in one order.

My discount code does not work. What should I do now?
If you cannot redeem your coupon code, we recommend that you check the steps below.

  1. Did you enter the discount code in full under the 'coupon code' heading and click on 'apply coupon'? Otherwise, it will not be accepted.
  2. Is the discount code still valid?
  3. Is the discount code valid on the items in your shopping cart?
  4. Have you already entered another discount code? Then unfortunately the second discount code will not be accepted. You can only redeem one code on one order.

Account

How do I create an account?

  1. Click on the little doll in the upper right corner of our webshop.
  2. Enter your e-mail address under the heading 'Register'. Then you can sign up for our newsletter by checking the box.
  3. Now click the register button.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can also place an order without an account.

I forgot my password. Now what?
You can click on "Forgot your password?" under login to request a new password. Enter your username or email address. You will receive a link via email to set a new password.

How can I subscribe or unsubscribe to the MADAM PEACH newsletter?
You can subscribe to the newsletter at the very bottom of the page. Once you have received a newsletter you can easily unsubscribe yourself by clicking 'unsubscribe from this list' at the bottom of the email where you can indicate the reason for unsubscribing.
