What is the delivery time?
We strive to ship all orders placed before 3 p.m. the same day. As a result, in most cases your order will even be delivered the next day!
After placing your order you will always automatically receive an email from Madam Peach with your order confirmation. It is possible that your email is in your junk mail, spam or advertisement. When we have packed your order and it is handed over to PostNL, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace code. The products are usually shipped within 1 day (and maximum 3 days) after receipt of payment (unless there are special circumstances, for example busy periods such as around the holidays). Madam Peach always sends with Track & Trace code. With the code we can always trace where your package is and help you if something went wrong. Madam Peach is not responsible for delays caused by PostNL due to for example strikes, busy holidays or other circumstances.
Note: Is your address incorrect? Send an email immediately to info@madampeach.com, most packages are packed and shipped immediately. If you report it in time, we can still change the wrong address. Once it has been sent, there is nothing more we can do for you.
What are the shipping costs?
In the Netherlands, shipping costs are free from €75! Below this amount you pay standard for Dutch shipments €4.95 and for Belgian/German shipments you pay standard €7.50. Delivery is via the letter carrier PostNL or parcel deliverer DPD. In general, the order will be delivered the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Shopping by appointment
Would you prefer to come and try on? You can! Feel free to send a whatsapp to (06) 48 68 34 48 to make an appointment. We will then pick up the items for you from the warehouse and lay them out in the showroom on Mauritsstraat. You can then try these on without any obligation. We have an ATM on site. See you soon!
Free pickup
You can choose to pick up your order at our pickup point in Winschoten. The package can be picked up from the moment the order is completed. You will receive an email about this.
